A: Go to the ‘get free tags’ tab. Press the like button at the top of the page (when you are already a fan there is no like button and you can order directly). After liking KLM you can press the “create tags” button and order your free personalized tags in just a few simple steps.

Q: I tried to order tags but the system says, I had already ordered. But I never did, what should I do?

A: Every person can order 1 set, in 1 set there are 2 labels.

Q: Are the tags really for free?
A: Yes, the tags are completely free of cost. KLM pays for the postal costs.

Q: When will I have my tags?
A: Your tags will be delivered after 4 to 6 weeks. This can vary depending on local postal services.

A: You can design and order free luggage tags all over the world!

Q: When I tried to enlarge or rotate the image on my tags, my settings were not saved. How can I make sure that the changes I make are saved?

Q: I cannot find the ‘next’ button. What should I do?
A1: This may depend on your computer screen settings. If it shows 1024x768 pixels, simply scroll down. A2: You may have to install Adobe Flash player to see the next page.

Q: After I submitted an order, I saw an error message saying ‘Please try again’. When I tried to order again, I saw the error message saying that I have already ordered.
A: Your order was successfully submitted, regardless of the error. Within a few weeks you will receive your free luggage tags!

Q: How do I promote my image?
A: After ordering you will get an automated e-mail with your promotion link in it.

Q: I have not received any e-mail from the system, what should I do?
A: This could be due to your spam / e-mail settings. Please go to the site tab again and click on gallery and search for your picture. When you click your picture – you will be send to a unique url. This is the url you can promote.

Voting

Q: How can I or my friends vote on my picture?
A: Just send them the link or promote your link on social networks. And let them click on the “vote” button. Every person can place 1 vote.

Price

Q: How will the winner be chosen?
A: The winner of the contest is the person with the most votes on his personal picture within the luggage tag gallery.

Q: What will be the price of the campaign?
A: The winner of the contest will receive an Apple iPad 16 GB

Q: What is the duration of the campaign?
A: The campaign will run until KLM is out of luggage tags. While stocks last, the campaign will run from the 24th of February 2011 until the 21th of March 2011

Q: When will the winner be announced?
A: The winner will be announced on the 22nd of March. This person will receive a personal message from KLM.
